The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The location was perfect, close to all the touristy spots but still in a quiet area. I loved that I could easily walk to the theater district and enjoy all the events happening near Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness was excellent, and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.
