The location by the river provided a picturesque scenery and the fully working water wheel added to the charm. Easy parking and a bus service at the top of the road made transportation into the city center convenient. The superior room with a river view was fantastic, and the self-service breakfast was nice.
Nothing could have been better.
The view from my room was spectacular, overlooking a beautiful river and a charming wooden mill waterwheel. The location was perfect, just outside of the city but still close enough to easily explore the sites of this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a working mill wheel and a lovely outdoor area by the river where I could sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. The staff were exceptional, especially Sylvia who provided top-notch service, never forgetting an order and making us feel like we were her top priority. The dinner at the hotel was delicious, with a diverse menu that impressed me.

The location next to the river provided a beautiful view, and it was just a short walk to the local pub, the George, which had great food. The cleanliness of my room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I was impressed that there was free on-site parking and 24-hour reception. The hotel was also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding countryside and visit nearby attractions. The breakfast was self-service and had a plentiful selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. A highlight was having a fridge in my superior room, which was a plus.
