The hotel's location right in the heart of the historic center is ideal for exploring the local pubs, and transportation around this city is convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional. The breakfast provided was huge and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond, offering excellent service and making us feel very welcome.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the generous portions and delicious food at the restaurant, and the real ale selection was fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the centre of town and close to all the shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the convenience of the loading bay for dropping off and collecting our luggage.
